The world, earth, nature, animals, my toxic mind.

My mind taunts my own thoughts as it wanders through the unexpected.
A definite and rather illusive thought pattern is around today, it is unlike my normal imagination.
Far stronger & far more haunting than any normal day.
Perhaps it is time for making something creative beyond my normal daily capacity.
My night dreams as I lay in a slumber of slight consciousness dwell on my daily mood as though something bad were around. A strange feeling, a persistent energy of envy, anger, sadness & decay. Darkest of days, deepest of thoughts. I may not make much sense today but I am somewhere hidden in my own thoughts.
Perhaps my anger towards a specific person being racist beyond belief made my feelings arise from within.
Two things get to me more than anything, racism (when not joking around with friends) & animal cruelty. An animal would never be racist. Racism is a human invention because we are afraid of difference, we are afraid of change, we are afraid all around of something. A race built upon fear without even realising it. We are absurd. We are practically no different from sheep. Someone tells us to do something & we will do it. Except for the odd few.
Our world is falling, well, the humanity part of the world. New rules every day, new laws. Sometimes I just wish I lived in the wild in a tree & listened to the earth & listen properly to how we are meant to be.
Humans are so self centered. There are horses around turning up the grass because of their hooves. What do they do about it? They go off either shooting them or trying to make them into our slaves because they're ruining what we call our land. This world is not just for humans. There are countless other forms of life on this planet. It's about time we realised this fact. Call me a hippie, I appreciate all life on this planet unless that life does not appreciate other life the way they are supposed to.
I guess what I am trying to point out properly is, hating someone without knowing them because they are from another country or because they have a different skin color is pathetic & stupid. They are human just like us, they might be evil they might be the best thing to ever happen to you but how will you ever know if you judge by race?
Animals, the creatures unlike us. They may not be equal to humans because they don't have knowledge & are wild but they have emotions like us, they feel pain & other things like us, they can love, they can take other animals in when they can see they need it.
We are all on borrowed time. The plants, the trees, animals, bugs, rocks. EVERYTHING.
Time everyone learned to appreciate it.

The forest

I stepped into the brown box I keep in the cellar.
It was quiet & somehow felt entirely comforting. In my mind, there was just a feeling of total nothingness. A pleasant surprise really, from the usual taunts, ideas & questions going on inside. As I lay down in the box, something strange began to happen.
The width of the box became wider & wider, soon to be nothing. Everything was black, a dark hollow place full of nothing, nothing but darkness.
It were as though I was in some sort of hole floating about.
As I began to think I was dead, purple flowers that sparkled with a beautiful glowing light appeared all around me. It was a trail, a trail leading somewhere. I decided to follow the dazzling trail. As I walked slowly upward everything started becoming more & more bizarre. The flowers looked as though they were singing or speaking to one another. Their glowing light turning on & off as I became closer to a tree in the shape of a tomato. It looked like a burnt ember still glowing with heat. Such a perfect warmth of light. A gracious orange sparkle. As I stepped closer towards this tree, everything disappeared but with a window kind of wall looking thing that also looked just like water. It looked stunning watching this window get ripples like the water. It seemed rather impossible for water to have ripples whilst standing upright as though it were a human keeping its balance. There was no breeze nor anything come to think of it. The flowers disappeared, the whole place dark. Nothing but a watered looking window. I don't even believe I was standing anymore. I put my face up against the water window & as I did, I was standing on top of the water on a lake. Not just any lake, it was more beautiful than a usual lake. Silvery white & magical. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. I tried to touch it, but surprisingly it did not feel anything like water... It was just a feeling of warmth on your bare skin. An amazing feeling I must say. As I kept walking along the lake I came across a gate, a gate right in the middle of the lake. Of course this caught my interest, it's not every day there's a gate sitting in a lake. Confused yet intrigued, I opened the gate. As it opened slowly the water underneath me slowly faded into the greenest of grass. I looked forward & noticed a forest. Somewhat spooky this forest was... Trees as tall as three giants put together, a beautiful breeze whistling through the leaves. Ah, now that's also another strange thing about the forest. Every leaf was a different color. Any color you could think of were on these trees. Lanterns made by birds being held by the branches. It was silent yet the wind you could hear well. As though it could speak to you. If you listened carefully it would be to tell you of all things true. It was to speak of worlds we have not heard of, creatures we have yet to see & energy we have never known.
As I learned of all things I was taken back to the watered window. The way back was different, the flowers were more vibrant, there were more of them, more light & more beauty. It was like leaving some kind of fairy land. They lifted me all the way to my brown box. I hopped out & looked down to see the purple light of the flowers slowly fade away.
A dream land, I will never know. I was to never see it again.

Art, indie kids, followers.

Our world has become the follower & we the followed.
The new 'cool' seems to be art. How devastating.
Those who can actually call themselves artists I admire greatly.
The rest are just people trying to have a taste for art to look and be interesting. How pathetic.
It actually tends to make me fairly annoyed as when I tell people I'm doing photography which I've been interested in for years they come out with 'Oh how very artsy cool of you'. ARGH!
I am doing this because I love it.
I look at other photographers all the time & go through their photos picking out whether they're photos are creative enough. Call me a perfectionist because I am. Especially when it comes to anything to do with a camera. I like making things look beautiful in strange ways.
I guess my type of photography would be fashion portraits or something along those lines as you can do all sorts of scenes. It's Fabulous!
It should be a good thing that more people are acquiring a taste for art, but, it's not, as I know most of these people are doing it for the wrong reasons.
I blame the so called 'indie' kids. They are supposedly fashionable, artsy & unique...
But then again... Everyone seems to be turning indie, so there's nothing unique about them. All they are is just yet another form of followers.
The intrigue of someone unique is quite compelling so I can see why people want to be unique... But to follow the crowd on trying to be this so called unique is just silly... do they not see themselves?? Do they not understand that it's just another way of following the crowd?
I congratulate all that actually have their own style, their own personality & their own interests on their own accord. You are truly admirable.
Thank you for listening? My rant is now finished.

Anime

Well, what a strange title to begin with.
Anime...
I have grown a love for Japanese cartoons of late.
Most people would consider this as childish, yet you have to look at the bigger picture.
Yes, I do in fact agree that SOME anime is designed for children,
and others are designed for an older crowd.
There are so many aspects I like about anime.
One, the drawings in some of them are amazing. Two, the story lines are fabulous. Three, the wit & intelligence of the conversations.
(And just yet another reminder that I am not speaking of ALL anime stories).
Before I had watched any, if someone had told me that the stories were witty & intelligent I would have laughed it off and just said okay then...
Now, it is a time for getting a collection :)
I suppose this is all for now... I have a small portion of writers block...
How riveting..
